• Died on 23 October 2007 (aged 89)
• One of the richest person in Malayisa
• The idea of building hilltop resort was conceived by him when he had a dinner in Cameron Highland.
• Then he doing research about this and found a mountain in Malaysia (Gunung Ulu Kali).
• He formed an expedition and explore Gunung Ulu Kali to collect a wealth for data on the topography, drainage, soil conditions, and other relevant aspects of religion.
• After gathering the data and information, he also analyse about the information so that he can use the information to draw up the plans for developing the resort.
